Understanding Others

Today the class heads to the theater for some acting! However, Tinn is acting sad since he recently lost his pet bird. Together the class learns how to practice empathy and understand others as they take to the stage. Alongside these colourful characters, readers will learn strategies such as active listening, practicing empathy, breathing deeply, and self-care. Seeing these strategies in practice will demonstrate how readers can apply them to their own lives!
